TODAY IS GOING OK


This work explores my complicated feelings surrounding motherhood. It holds the space between love, sadness, and silence while attempting to reconcile the all the tears during what society says are supposed to be the happiest days of my life.


This video was part of Reflections, installed in the downtown gallery space ANTI-AESTHETIC and ran every evening during the darkest time of the year (Nov/Dec) and a reflection on isolation and longing.
